PRICING PHILOSOPHY
Engagements are scoped based on complexity, urgency, and institutional risk. Fees reflect the depth of work required, the pace of execution, and the level of operational leadership involved.
Most ongoing engagements fall between mid–four figures and low-five figures per month. Diagnostics and short-term projects are quoted separately based on scope.
